banana oatmeal pancakes

This is a yummy 3-ingredient recipe ideal for brunch at home. It’s a perfect way to satisfy your sweet craving!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cups of oats

Instructions

  1. Mash a banana with a fork. Use a blender or whisk to mix the banana, eggs, and oatmeal together. (I recommend using a blender so the consistency is smoother)

  2. Heat about a tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Cook for about 2 minutes. Flip, and cook the other side for a little less than 1 minute.

  3. Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup and enjoy!
