clam pasta with basil

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 2 bundle of spaghetti noodles

  • 1/4 cup of frozen clams

  • 1 roma tomato, chopped

  • 1 white onion, diced

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 handful of basil

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic salt

  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of white wine

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, frozen clams, tomato and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until onions and tomatoes soften.

  2. Following the instructions on the pasta box, cook the spaghetti noodles until al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, add the pasta into the pan. Slowly stir the pasta into mixture.

  3. Add the basil and white wine. For extra flavor, add in the garlic salt and black pepper. Mix everything the noodles and flavor is well-distributed. Serve and enjoy!
