A light, refreshing meal that’s filling, but won’t make you feel too bloated!

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 1 bundle of spaghetti noodles

  • 2 egg, beaten

  • 1 spring onion

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 slices of deli ham

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • 4 tablespoons of sesame paste

  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 bottle of white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Flip after 2 minutes.

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles until al dente. Take out the noodles and rinse in cold water.

  3. Slice the cucumbers, ham, spring onions, and cooked egg into thin slices.

  4. For the sauce, mix the sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar and pinch of salt into it becomes a smooth consistency. If it is too thick, add a bit of water!

  5. Plate the noodles, sliced toppings, and yummy sesame sauce on the side. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Serve and enjoy!
