The end of the year is quickly approaching and don’t know what to bring to your next potluck? Try out this affordable, yummy Spicy Chicken Rigatoni.

Ingredients (for 10 servings)

  • 2 cans of marinara sauce

  • 1 can of Alfredo sauce

  • 2 boxes of rigatoni pasta

  • 1 lb of chicken thigh/breast, cut into cubes

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil

  • red pepper flakes

  • 2 cups of spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, garlic, and chicken and cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Once the chicken is cooked, add the marinara and Alfredo sauce into the pan and slowly stir.

  3. Following the instructions on the pasta box, cook the rigatoni noodles until al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, add the pasta into the pan. Slowly stir the pasta into the sauce.

  4. Lastly, add the spinach and red pepper flakes and mix everything so all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Serve and enjoy!
